Case Study 01
From page 4 to the map pack in one quarter
The Challenge
The Approach
Claimed and fully optimized the GBP: 40+ categorized photos, weekly Posts, complete service list, opening hours, and Q&A seeded with real customer questions. Enabled messaging and set up UTM-tagged website links to measure GBP-sourced traffic.
Built 60 hand-submitted citations across Bangladeshi and international directories (Foursquare, Yelp, Yellow Pages BD, Bikroy, local food blogs). Cleaned every legacy listing to match a single canonical NAP.
Rewrote the homepage around the primary keyword cluster ('birthday cake Chittagong', 'custom cake delivery Agrabad'). Added LocalBusiness + Bakery schema, a dedicated /menu page, and 5 service pages targeting long-tail intent.
Implemented a simple SMS-follow-up asking every in-store customer for a Google review. Went from 12 to 148 reviews (4.8★ avg) in 90 days.
